Lamp Setup
Instructions on how to use your lamp.
Lamp modes
The lamp offers two modes: the default mode with Wi-Fi and Alexa integration, and a standalone mode.
Wifi mode
- When first powered on, the lamp creates an open Wi-Fi hotspot called "Lamp setup".
- Connect to it using your phone and enter your home Wi-Fi details.
- Once verified, the hotspot will disappear and your Wi-Fi settings will be saved.
- The lamp will then connect to your network, and you can control brightness using the knob.
- To link it with Alexa, say “Alexa, discover devices” or use the Alexa app: go to Add Device → Other → Discover devices.
- That's it, your lamp is ready to use!
If the lamp is plugged in but can't connect to Wi-Fi using its saved settings, it will automatically create a new hotspot and enter standby mode to wait for updated credentials. During this time, the brightness knob won't work. However, you can still change the lamp's mode using the method below.
Standalone mode
- This mode remains disconnected from any Wi-Fi networks or hotspot creation.
- It's simply the standard lamp mode.
- The brightness knob is immediately functional.
How to change the mode
- Unplug the lamp from the main power source.
- Press and hold down the brightness knob.
- Restore the 240V power supply.
- Patiently wait until the lamp initiates a slow flashing pattern.
- Release the knob.
- Count the number of flashes to determine the lamp's mode: one flash signifies standalone mode, while two flashes indicate the Wi-Fi/Alexa voice control mode.

Settings
- Name: modifies the device's visible name for Alexa.
- Mode: allows you to switch to standalone mode. Switching to standalone will disable all Wi-Fi and Alexa functions, but you can revert by following the mode change instructions mentioned above.
- Encoder inverted: when enabled, turning the brightness knob clockwise will decrease brightness.
- Encoder sensitiy: alters the brightness knob's responsiveness; higher values result in faster brightness adjustments.
- Wifi check: adjusts the frequency at which the device verifies its Wi-Fi connection. If there's no Wi-Fi, it will attempt to reconnect.
- Auto updates: activates automatic updates, checked either upon device startup or every 24 hours if the device remains powered on.
- Persist brightness: when enabled, this allows the device to remember the brightness level even when it's powered off and subsequently powered back on.
Update
- The system will automatically search for updates, and if one is found, you have the option to perform the update.
- You can manually upload custom firmware if desired.
